The actor Michael Madsen, known for his papers in “Reservoir Dogs” and “Kill Bill”, died at the age of 67.
Madsen’s death was confirmed Thursday by his publicist, Liz Rodríguez.
Madsen was found that he does not respond on Thursday morning at his home in Malibu, California, and he believes he died due to cardiac arrest, Rodriguez told ABC News.
“In the last two years, Michael Madsen has been doing incredible job with independent films, including the next films Resurrection Road, Concessions and Cookbook for Southern Housewives, and really waited for this next chapter of his life,” Rodriguez said in a statement also written by Madsen’s managers, Susan Ferris and Ron Smith. “Michael was also preparing to launch a new book called ‘Tears for My Father: Outlaw thoughts and poems’, currently edited.”

The statement continued: “Michael Madsen was one of Hollywood’s most emblematic actors, which many will be surprised by many.”
Madsen had a decades in Hollywood that included papers in more than 300 films, including several that are still in production, according Your IMDB page.
In 2022, Madsen suffered a personal tragedy when his son, Hudson Madsen, 26, died for suicide. Madsen said in a statement To Los Angeles Times After the death of his son, he was trying to “make sense.”
“I am in shock when my son, with whom I just talked a few days ago, said I was happy: my last text message was ‘I love you dad’,” Madsen said in a statement to The Times. “I didn’t see any sign of depression. It’s so tragic and sad. I’m just trying to make sense of everything and understand what happened.”
