Trump’s effort to suffocate Maga’s revolt on Epstein files seems to add fuel to fire

President Donald Trump has been the defense of Attorney General Pam Bondi in the middle of a total revolt between his Maga Base about the management of Jeffrey Epstein’s archives.

But his effort during the weekend to quell the indignation only seemed to add fuel to the fire.

“What is happening with my ‘boys’ and, in some cases, ‘girls?’ Everyone goes after the attorney general Pam Bondi, who is doing a fantastic job!

“We have a perfect administration, the world’s talk and the ‘selfish people’ are trying to hurt him, a type that never dies, Jeffrey Epstein,” Trump continued.

Trump’s publication was relationship, which means that the publication received many more answers that I like or re-public, often a sign of generalized disapproval, despite the fact that the true of the social Trump platform is the home of many of its most staunch supporters.

Some of Trump’s most fierce defenders have continued to attack the Attorney General, warning the president that the problem does not go and could cost half of the marsh next year.

“People make their own decisions and decisions, but they mark my word, the lack of real results in the Department of Justice and the lack of transparency that translates into incompetence will cost the seats of the Republican Party and the Senate. Do not say that I did not warn you,” Laura Loomer, who has led the position for months against Bondi, published in X.

The conservative commentator Megyn Kelly, who supported and campaigned for Trump in 2024, was still putting hot in Bondi even after Trump’s post.

“I am sure that it is a relief for Pam Bondi to hear that the president is still in his corner. Unfortunately, the great strips of the party are not. She repeatedly cheated Epstein. Then he did not have the courage to explain. Suddenly, he is shy by camera And QS is not allowed. Good luck! “Kelly wrote in X.

At the Turning Point Usa Constructor Conference on Florida on Friday, Fox’s presenter Laura Ingraham asked the crowd to applaud if they were satisfied with the results of Epstein’s investigation. The crowd booed aloud in response.

But on Monday, the co -founder and conservative commentator of the United States, Charlie Kirk, said Trump had called him and that he would trust the administration and wanted to move from the controversy.

Kirk said Trump told him during the weekend that he was still supporting Bondi, the sources confirmed to ABC News. Trump made the call after they showed him a Kirk clip that seemed to support Bongino on Bondi at the top of the turning point, the sources said.

In particular, in recent days and weeks, Kirk has not been one of the magician voices that leads the load on the controversy of Epstein Archone, sometimes he has been trying to calm things inside the base while other voices to the right increase the alarm.

At the same time, the former head of the White House of Trump, Steve Bannon, promoted the action with respect to Epstein, publishing online that Trump should “give Epstein evidence to the special prosecutor, now.”

Meanwhile, Lara Trump, President Trump’s daughter -in -law and Fox News presenter, told Maga’s influencer Benny Johnson on Monday that she thought it should be “more transparency” regarding the management of the administration of Epstein’s case and said he believed “that will happen”, “would predict more information that would be published” sooner than later. “

Lara Trump’s message to the Magician base: “But for all those who have worked in this regard, there is no great plot to maintain this information away from which he knows.”

The political storm began after the Department of Justice and the FBI published a memorandum that indicated that they found no evidence that the deceased financial one maintained a “list of clients” of associates with those who chanted or conspired to victimize dozens of women. No more positions are expected in relation to their probes to Epstein, according to the Memo.

The department also published hours of footage as part of his review, which according to the authorities confirmed that Epstein died for suicide while he was in custody in his jail cell in Manhattan in 2019.

Bondi, in particular, has been criticized for his comments to Fox News in February when asked about the supposed “customer list” of Epstein. She told him at that time: “He is sitting on my desk right now to check.”

Bondi argued at a cabinet meeting last week that simply referred to an file in Epstein.

“They asked me a question about the customer list, and my answer was that he is sitting on my desk to be reviewed, which means the file along with the JFK files, MLK too. That is what I meant with that,” Bondi said.

Trump in his publication on social networks on Saturday sought to take his own turn to the Epstein archives, claiming without any evidence that they were created by some of his political enemies, including former President Barack Obama, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the Biden administration.

Epstein archives have also caused internal struggles within the administration.

Last week, FBI’s deputy director Dan Bongino, had a burning confrontation with Bondi about how he has handled the review of Epstein’s archives and Monday’s memorandum, sources familiar with the matter to ABC News said.

The sources said Bongino has recently suggested the allies that he can give up.

ABC News asked Trump if Bongino was still his deputy director of the FBI. Trump replied saying: “Oh, I think so.”

“I did it, I talked to him today, Dan Bongino, very good. I’ve known him for a long time. I have made his show many, many times, and it rang excellent, not, I think it’s in good shape,” Trump said.

Trump, in his publication on social networks, insisted that his administration is achieving success and should not deviate from this. He encouraged both Bondi and the director of the FBI Kash Patel to focus on other things that he considers a priority, such as electoral fraud or 2020 elections.

“Let Pam Bondi do his job, it’s great!” Trump wrote.

In another support show, Trump took Bondi to the final of the FIFA Club World Cup in New Jersey on Sunday night.
