Olympic Gymnastics Legend Mary Lou Rateton He has been accused of driving under the influence in West Virginia.
Retton, 57, was arrested in Marion County, Western Virginia, on May 17 and accused of a minor crime of “driving under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances or drugs.” Judicial records online show.
Retton was released on the day of his arrest after publishing a bail of $ 1,500.
