Ukrainian intelligence and open source data show that Russian President Vladimir Putin does not “plan to end war,” said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in his daily night speech on Monday.
“There are currently no indications that peace or diplomacy are seriously considering,” he added. “On the contrary, there is ample evidence that they are preparing new offensive operations.”

The direction occurred after a night exchange of cross -border drones attacks between Russia and Ukraine.
The Ukraine Air Force said Russia launched a total of 364 “air attack vehicles”, nine cruise missiles and 355 attack drones, in the last bombardment.
All missiles and 288 drones were demolished or neutralized in flight, said the Ukraine Air Force. Impacts in five regions and the fall of rubble in 10 regions were reported, he added.
Meanwhile, the Russian Ministry of Defense said its forces knocked down 128 Ukrainian drones in 12 regions from Sunday night until Monday morning.
The nearby cross -border attacks have become a prominent characteristic of the Russian war in Ukraine, now more than three years with few signs of an imminent high fire or the peace agreement. The last months have seen bombings grow.
On Saturday night until Sunday, for example, Russia launched what Ukrainian officials described as their greatest air attack in the war. The assault included 367 drones and missiles and killed at least 18 people, authorities said.
Weekend attacks led Trump to rebuke Putin and Zelenskyy on their social networks on Monday.
“I’m not happy with what Putin is doing,” he wrote. “He’s killing many people, and I don’t know what the hell happened to Putin. I have known him for a long time. He always took me well, but he is sending rockets to cities and killing people, and I don’t like it at all.”
“Similarly, President Zelenskyy is not favoring his country when speaking as he does,” he continued.
On Monday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Russia is “really grateful to Americans and personally to President Trump for his help to organize and launch this negotiation process. This is a very important achievement.”
However, Zelenskyy and his officials have cited the continuous mass attacks of Russia as evidence that Moscow is not genuine in their public calls for peace.
“Russia has a prolonged war,” said Zelenskyy, when he discussed the new intelligence that, according to him, was analyzed in a meeting with his staff on Monday. “And for its part, this is a shameless contempt for all those around the world who seek peace and are trying to make diplomacy work.”
