A second suspect in the alleged kidnapping and torture of an Italian man in a luxurious apartment in New York City gave up on Tuesday, police said.
Like the coacusado John Woeltz, it is expected that the second suspect in front of charges of kidnapping, assault and illegal imprisonment, according to the police. The man, William Dupplessie, delivered in the 13th New York Police enclosure.
Duplessie did not answer the questions shouted by journalists while escorted by the enclosure on Tuesday afternoon. A suspect’s lawyer had no comments when ABC News contacted.

Woeltz, a cryptographic businessman, was arrested on Friday after a tourist from Italy told the Police that he was tortured in Soho’s house in eight rooms of the suspect for more than two weeks, according to the police.
The alleged 28 -year -old victim told the Police that he arrived in New York from Italy on May 6 and went to Woeltz’s house.
The attached district prosecutor Michael Mattson said that Woeltz and Duplessie supposedly attracted the alleged victim to New York from Italy to threatening to kill the family of the alleged victim.
Once the alleged victim arrived, she was stripped of her electronics and passport. He was then tied by the dolls and subjected to balls, electric shock and a blow to the head by a gun.
Woeltz allegedly led the alleged victim to the highest category of stairs and hung it on the shelf and threatened to kill him, did not provide his Bitcoin password.

The victim told the authorities that Woeltz and Dupplessie used a saw to cut his leg, urinated on him and forced him to smoke Crack Cocaine by holding him or forcing a pipe in his mouth, prosecutors said.
The alleged victim was finally able to escape after believing that she was going to shot her captors that she would provide the defendant with her bitcoin password contained in her laptop. When Woeltz left the victim to recover the laptop, the alleged victim was able to escape from the stairs.
Inside the house, the prosecutors said that the detectives recovered a saw, cocaine crack, chicken wire, t -shirts with images of the alleged victim with the crack cocaine pipe in the mouth, body armor, night vision glasses, ballistic helmets, photos of the polaroids of the alleged victim with a burden of fire pointing to its head, in addition to the ammunition of firearms.
Police also observed blood in several areas of the apartment where the victim indicated that he was being tortured.
A weapon was recovered in the house, police said.
Woeltz did not comment on journalists, since the police escort him out of his apartment with wives last week. He was arrested without bail for charges of kidnapping, assault and illegal imprisonment during his initial appearance in the court on Saturday. He did not enter a plea.
Prosecutors convinced the judge to have Woeltz without bail by pointing out that it is from Kentucky and has the means to flee, including a private jet and helicopter.
Woeltz will be next Wednesday in court. His lawyer did not comment on the case after Woeltz’s arrest.
