President Donald Trump said “he has always taken” himself with Russian President Vladimir Putin, but on Monday he said that “he is not interested in speaking” with him.
“Russia could be so rich at this time. But instead, they spend everything in the war. I really thought this was going to end. Every time I think he will end, he kills people,” Trump said.
