Trump says that Bondi should launch ‘whatever you think is credible’ in Epstein

President Donald Trump said Tuesday that Attorney General Pam Bondi should release “whatever he thinks is credible” in Jeffrey Epstein while facing pressure from her magician supporters.

Trump, speaking with journalists when he left the White House, said he received a “very fast information session” in the Department of Justice and the IFI review of the Epstein archives. The informative session took place before the launch of the DOJ and the FBI note last week.

The review did not find evidence that the deceased financial one maintained a “list of customers” of associates and no more positions are expected. The department also published hours of footage as part of his review, which according to the authorities confirmed that Epstein died for suicide while he was in custody in his jail cell in Manhattan in 2019.

Katherine Faulders of ABC News asked the president what Bondi told him about the review: “Specifically, he told him at all that his name appeared in the files?”

“No, no, she is, she has given us a very fast informative session,” Trump replied before making no -foundation statements that the archives were created by some of his political enemies.

“And in terms of the credibility of the different things they have seen, and I would say that, you know, these files were formed by Comey, Obama invented them, were compensated by the Biden, and we already know, and we spent years of that with Russia, Russia, Russia, with all the different things we had to pass,” Trump said.

“We have gone through years, but he has managed very well, and will depend on her,” Trump said about Bondi. “Whatever you think is credible, I should launch.”

Bondi, when asked about Trump’s comments to ABC News, said he had not yet seen the president’s comments, but added that the memorandum of the Department of Justice and the FBI “speaks for himself.”

Trump faces indignation between his Maga Base about the management of Epstein’s archives. He has also taken some internal struggles within his administration, since the FBI deputy director Dan Bongino, had a burning confrontation with Bondi about the matter, ABC News reported.

In the midst of calls to his resignation, Bondi said challenging on Tuesday: “I will be here while the president loves me here, and I think he has made clear that glass.”

When asked about the crack between her and Bongino, Bondi said he would not discuss personnel issues.

“I was with [FBI] Director [Kash] Patel all morning and we are committed to keeping the United States safe, making the United States safe, working with our incredible partners in DEA, FBI, ATF, the American bailiffs to do everything possible so that the United States is safe and we focus on that, “he said in an event in the drug control administration.

Trump sought to calm the revolt during the weekend by publishing a long defense of Bondi and urging his administration to focus on other priorities.

But the comments continued to arrive, including the warnings of some of Trump’s main defenders that the problem does not go and could have consequences on the mid -period elections next year.

Lara Trump, the daughter -in -law of the president and presenter of Fox News, told Maga’s influencer Benny Johnson on Monday that he believed that there had to be “more transparency” regarding the management of the administration of the case of Epstein.

He asked Tuesday what he thought about his comments.

“The attorney general managed very well. He has really done a very good job,” Trump said. “And I think when you look at him, you will understand. I would also like to see that. But I think the attorney general, credibility is very important. And you want credible evidence or something. And I think the attorney general has managed it very well.”

Meanwhile, in Capitol Hill, some Republican legislators expressed interest in Epstein’s convict, Ghislaine Maxwell, testifying before Congress.

Senator Josh Hawley, Republican from Missouri, said he believed that everything in Epstein should be outdoors.

“I think all these things should be public,” said Hawley. “I mean, I think all documents should be public. I think we should all be outdoors. I am a great admirer of declassification, I think this is not technically classified. It’s alone, you know, on their right for prosecution, but I think we should put everything out there.”

Although representative Jim Jordan, president of the Judicial Committee of the Chamber, told ABC News that he had “total confidence in President Trump and his team” regarding Epstein’s issue.
