After pressing previously for a fire and threatening the serious consequences for Russia if President Vladimir Putin did not stop the war, President Trump seemed to withdraw that lawsuit.
“I don’t think I need a fire,” he said when asked if his previous call for a high fire had changed. “I know it could be good to have, but I can also strategically understand, as, well, you know, one country or another would not want.”
He continued that he likes “the concept of high fire for a reason, because you would stop killing people immediately.”
