London – The success of a possible potential agreement between Ukraine and Russia to stop the naval and energy infrastructure attacks will depend on Moscow, said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, warning that kyiv does not have confidence in Russian President Vladimir Putin after more than three years of large -scale war.
“Now, Russia results are needed,” Zelenskyy said in his night speech on Tuesday. “We do not trust them. And frankly, the world does not trust Russia. And they must demonstrate that they are really ready to end war, ready to stop lying to the world, the president [Donald] Trump and the United States “.
“The way Russia behaves in the next few days will reveal a lot, if not everything,” he said.
“If there are alerts of air attacks again, if there is a renewed military activity in the Black Sea, if Russian manipulations and threats continue, then new measures must be taken, specifically against Moscow,” said Zelenskyy.

Russia and Ukraine “agreed to guarantee safe navigation, eliminate the use of force and avoid the use of commercial vessels for military purposes in the Black Sea,” according to the White House readings, published on Tuesday after three days of meetings with representatives of kyiv and Moscow in Saudi Arabia.
The nations also agreed to “develop measures to implement the agreement to prohibit strikes against energy facilities in Russia and Ukraine,” said the White House. Trump said: “We are making a lot of progress.”
Drones strikes continued until Tuesday night until Wednesday despite the apparent progress in a partial agreement of high fire.
The Ukraine Air Force said that Russia launched 117 drones to the country during the night, of which 56 were demolished and 48 lost in flight. “Sumy, the regions of Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovahrad and Cherkasy were affected by the Russian attack,” the Air Force on Telegram wrote.
In Russia, the Ministry of Defense said its forces knocked down nine Ukrainian drones, including two over the Black Sea. In the western region of Belgorod, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said that a drone attack wounded a person and broke the windows of several buildings.
The questions remain in terms of nuances and the scope of the agreements. Russia and Ukraine published their own readings emphasizing different elements of what it allegedly agreed with the United States.
Russia, for example, said that the United States agreed to “help restore access to the world market for Russian exports of agricultural and fertilizer products,” in addition to reducing the cost of shipping insurance and expanding access to ports and payment systems. Such steps will require the lifting of some sanctions to Russian agricultural and food companies, said the Kremlin.
That point was not reflected in Ukrainian reading. kyiv’s announcement also said that the United States would help with the exchanges of prisoners of war, the liberation of civil detainees and the return of Ukrainian children transferred by force, an issue not mentioned in Russian reading.
After Putin spoke with Trump last week, the White House said that a proposed partial fire of 30 days would stop attacks against “energy and infrastructure.” The Kremlin said the agreement referred to the “energy infrastructure.” The White House Declaration on Tuesday returned to the writing used by Russia.
Russia said the 30 -day proposed pause in attacks against energy infrastructure began on March 18, and on Tuesday he published a list of facilities subject to the pause in the strikes. Moscow said that any of the parties could choose not to participate in case of violations by the other. All nuclear plants and other electrical plants, oil and gas deposits, pipes and storage facilities, in addition to hydroelectric dams were among the facilities included.

Both parties have accused the other of continuing to attack the energy and other critical infrastructure objectives during the high fire negotiations.
“I think there will be a million questions and details,” said Zelenskyy shortly after the news was announced.
Later, in his night video direction, Zelenskyy said that the responsibility for the success of the high fire is in Moscow.
“Diplomacy must work,” he added. “And from the Ukrainian side, we are doing everything possible for that to happen. I thank everyone who is helping. I am grateful to the United States for the constructive and effective work of our teams.”
